This scale aims to measure multidimensional underemployment, including underpayment, status, hours, involuntary temporary work, field, and poverty-wage employment in Korean context. You can use each subscale or the total score.
This scale aims to measure subjective forms of economic, human, social, and cultural capital based on social class backgrounds that people can use when getting a job. You can use each subscale that you are interested in.
